On December 29, 2018, at the same place as above, the Defendant reported that the Defendant would sell the game money posted in G mobile game at the same place as above, and said that “The Defendant would pay K upon deposit of the K purchase price used as the game money into the account and pay K on the face of the week.”
However, the defendant only attempted to receive the purchase price of game money from the victim, and in fact, there was no intention or ability to pay the game money to the victim.
