The defendant is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for the forgery of private documents, the uttering of a falsified investigation document, and the crime of fraud against victim D.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 20, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and two months at the Suwon District Court for fraud, and was released on July 30, 2009 in the Ansan Prison on July 30, 2009 during the execution of the sentence, and the parole period was expired on September 13, 2009, and on October 26, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of a suspended sentence for six months at the Suwon District Court for fraud, and the judgment was finalized on November 3, 201.
1. The victim D-related criminal defendant committed the crime with intent to forge the above G’s letter of service contract with the title of “G” and the name of the representative director in the operation of F in Suwon-si E. 502, and acquired money under the pretext of obtaining the right to operate the restaurant by using it.

B. On January 29, 2011, the Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document and the fraud made a false statement to the victim D that “G was selected from LH as the construction company to re-building construction company in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Kuwon-si, and that it would divide the half of the profits if it invests KRW 150 million in the investment of KRW 150 million from G,” while it is based on the supporting document to the effect that the victim D was selected from LH to re-building construction company.
