A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On October 1, 2015, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 5 million for a crime of violating road traffic laws (drinking driving) in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on October 1, 2015, and on February 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) and for a violation of road traffic laws (drawing driving) in the Changwon District Court's Jin Branch branch on February 19, 2016, and was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence for a violation of road traffic laws (drawing driving) and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 27,

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Csch Rexton car.

On July 2, 2017, without obtaining a driver's license at around 17:20 on July 2, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car with a alcohol content of 0.103 percent in alcohol while driving it on the left side of the left side without a driver's license at around 0.103 percent, and was driving the said car on the road in the direction of the construction site of the relevant apartment house at the direction of the Korean Pak-dong, Gyeongcheon-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, the Defendant was parked on the left side of the left side without a driver's license as above.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim F (ma, 57 years of age) who was accompanied by the said knee car due to the above occupational negligence to suffer approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. The Defendant was driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.103 percent, without obtaining a driver’s license, at the same time and at the same place as above.
