A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 21, 2017, the Defendant is a person engaging in driving of a motor vehicle with sod vehicle C, in violation of the Road Traffic Act (i.e., an accident) and the Road Traffic Act (i., a non-exclusive license) for a Bschtonton car, and the Defendant, on August 21, 2017, was driving the said motor vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license for the motor vehicle, and then, the said motor vehicle was driven at the parking lot located in the 56-ro 56-ro, thereby entering the speed from the entrance of the Western area to the unfrien distance.

Since the location is a place that combines with a road, the defendant engaged in driving service had a duty of care to enter the road safely by accurately operating the steering direction and brakes by living well on the front side and the right side of the road.

Nevertheless, the defendant was negligent in neglecting this and was standing in the front right side of the progress direction of the defendant.

D The lower part of Bsch Rexton’s upper part of the car driven by the Defendant’s driving is the top part before the left-hand part of the Defendant’s driving, and the repair cost of which is equivalent to KRW 634,700,000 of the repair cost was damaged and escaped without taking necessary measures.

2. On August 21, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S. driver’s license) on the EM5 vehicle: (a) operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on August 21, 2017; and (b) made the said vehicle turn to the left at an irregular speed in the direction of the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn from the direction of Hongcheon-gu F Housing to the right-hand turn to the right-hand turn.

Since vehicles are parked on both sides of a house, the defendant engaged in driving service had a duty of care to operate safely by accurately operating the steering and steering gear while living well on the front side and the left side.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to turn to the left without neglecting it, and by negligence, is the left-hand side of the ES5 car which is the owner of G parked in the place.
