Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant and C purchased and held D's driver's license from the bubane, but they opened a mobile phone in the name of D at a mobile phone agency and sold it on the Internet.

1. On August 18, 2014, the Defendant and C, without authority, signed “D” in the customer column of the application form for a new contract for the SK Telecom Service without opening a mobile phone, stating “D”, “G”, “G”, “H”, “resident registration number”, “H”, and “103 Dong 104” in two copies of the application form for a new contract for the SK Telecom Service, and signed “D” next to that.

Accordingly, in collusion with C, the Defendant committed two new contracts for SK Telecom Services in the name of SK, a private document related to rights and duties, respectively.

2. The Defendant and C submitted, at the time, at the location, and at the time, at the above 1.1. location, two copy of the forged SK Telecom Service contract to the above agency staffJ as if they were genuine.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with C to use forged private documents.

3. The Defendant and C, at the date, at the time, at the place, at the above 1.m. location, and at the same time, at the time and place, they run as if they would normally settle the price on the face of a mobile phone while driving the above D, and the Defendant and C received two smartphones from the above victim J, namely, at the market price of Samsung Gallon, equivalent to 89,800 won from the above victim J.

Accordingly, the defendant and C were provided property equivalent to 1,799,600 won by deceiving the victim in collusion.
