A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. From May 2013 to March 2014, the Defendant violated the Korean Racing Association Act: (a) the private horse horse operator D at the private horse office in Pyeongtaek-si from around May 2013 to around March 2014; (b) the site operator relays the horse racing; (c) the site operator may charge the members the points that can be deposited in the horse racing through the manager’s page; and (d) the dividends that each member may pay to each member according to the dividend rate are automatically calculated and confirmed; (b) the membership recruitment policy can verify the amount of the betting amount, lost amount, and the amount of dividends that he/she introduced through the partner page is entitled to receive; (c) if the operator charged the remitted money with the points, he/she may use it in the horse racing; and (d) the site operator is entitled to charge the points that he/she is entitled to receive through the horse racing; and (e) the total amount of the betting and the rent of 100 tickets and the remaining 100 tickets.

The operator of illegal horse site D, from May 2013 to March 2014, deposited 10% of the betting amount as game money even if he did not pay dividends in accordance with the ratio of distribution determined by the Korean Racing Association, and even if he did not pay the betting amount, 10% of the betting amount as game money.

As a result, the defendant let D do acts similar to the riding voting on the racing conducted by Morse society.
