1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant conspired with E as above, from the early July 2013 to the early October 2013, in collusion with the Defendant, recruited the members of the above Internet permanent horse terminal site in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, and notified them of the ID and password granted from the above site manager E and received the money from the Defendant’s account in the name of the Defendant, etc., then the above cyber money equivalent to the amount of the money deposited is deposited to the members at the Defendant’s request and made them use the betting amount, and when the horse racing is completed, it is settled with E in accordance with the dividend rate set by the Korean Racing Association.
