When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:20 on September 18, 2016, the Defendant driven a B Pote motor vehicle from the front side of a restaurant that does not know the trade name in the Gero-dong of Gwangju Mine to the front side of the Gero middle school located in the Gero-gu 95, Gwangju Mine-gu, in a section of about 1km from the 1km to the monthly middle school in the Gero-gu.
