When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a rocketing car.

At around 15:15 on August 30, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the front side of the restaurant in which the trade name in the valley of the Gwangju Mine is unknown, to the high-wing path of the Gwangju Mine-gu, at approximately 1km from the day on which the Defendant driven the said vehicle from the front side of the restaurant in which it is impossible to know the trade name in the valley of the Gwangju Mine-gu.
