Defendant School Foundation C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a juristic person operating G Hospital located in Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and Defendant D and E are doctors belonging to G Hospital, and Defendant Incorporated Foundation Korea, which is one of the Defendant Incorporated Foundation (hereinafter “Defendant D’s missionary work”) is a juristic person operating the G Hospital located in 471, Dongcheon-dong, Busan.
