1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is in a relationship between C and the establishment of a high school with respect to the fabrication of private documents and the uttering of a falsified document.

On July 11, 2011, the Defendant: (a) sent C’s resident registration certificate by facsimile to a non-fax opening company of a mobile phone; (b) sent C’s resident registration certificate by facsimile; and (c) had the employee believed to be C enter the Defendant’s name in his/her written application for the mobile phone subscription of D’s mobile phone number “D” into “C”, resident registration number “E”, address “Seoul North-gu F,” without authority; (c) forged one copy of the application for the mobile phone subscription in the name of C, which is a private document concerning rights and duties without authority; and (d) immediately submitted the forged application for the mobile phone subscription to the employee in charge of the computerized department of the headquarters of the LG telecom.

B. The defendant above the same day.

For the purpose of exercising the right and duty in such a manner as stated in Paragraph C, one copy of the application for the purchase of a mobile phone in the name of LG Telecom number C, which is a private document on the right and duty, was forged, and immediately submitted the forged application for the purchase of the mobile phone to the employee in charge of the computerized department of LG Telecom head office who is unaware of the fact.

C. The Defendant was above on July 13, 201.

For the purpose of exercising the right and duty in such a manner as stated in Paragraph C, one copy of the application for the mobile phone entry in the name of SK Telecom (H), which is a private document on the right and duty, was forged, and immediately submitted the forged application for the mobile phone entry to the employee in charge of the SK Telecom head office who is unaware of the fact. D.

On July 15, 2011, the Defendant entered “C” in the name column, “E” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the workplace name column, and “C” in the workplace name column and “E” in the form of a transaction application form, which was kept at the seat of 214-4, Daegu-dong New Cancer, Daegu-dong, 201.
