Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Cheongju District Court on August 8, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 24, 2015.
