A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a math car.

On November 20, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 08:20, and driven the alcohol concentration of 0.158% in blood, and led to the flow of the four-lane road adjacent to the flow of the water crossing located in the Sung-si in Yanananan-si at the Yananan-si at the 0.158%, along with three-lanes from the IC region in the direction of the Yan-si at an insular speed.

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim E (n, 15 years old), and F (n, 15 years old) who was on the same line with the above C and the above knife of the knife of the knife, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment, on the part of the victim G (n, 17 years old) for approximately two weeks of treatment, and on the part of the victim H (n, n, n, n, n, n) for the knife of the knife of the knife, which requires approximately six weeks of treatment, on the part of the victim I (n, n, n, n, n, n) who was on the knife in the Defendant’s car, on the part of the victim I (n, 22 years old) who was on the knife of the knife for about six weeks of treatment.
