Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a BM3 car.

On April 4, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car at around 16:10, while driving the said car to a three-distance intersection in front of the Goak Arts Center located in 331 at the Won-si, from a long distance room to a Do Young shopping room, and the traffic control is performed by the signal apparatus at the place.
