Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is also a person who is engaged in driving a sports cargo vehicle.

At around 15:25 on January 14, 2018, the Defendant: (a) while driving the said vehicle and driving the vehicle in the direction of the E-market heading in the direction of the E-market heading B in the original city, the Defendant neglected his duty of care to drive the vehicle safely without breaking the central line; (b) neglected his duty of care to drive the vehicle safely; and (c) neglected to do so; and (d) led the victim B (the age of 69) driving on the left side of the said vehicle due to negligence proceeding in the direction of the central line, the Defendant shocked the front wheels of the F SM5 driver’s vehicle left side of the Defendant’s vehicle into the back wheels part of the Defendant’s vehicle.

In the above occupational negligence, the Defendant injured the victims G (V, 52 years old) who was on the Defendant’s car at the same time on the Defendant’s car, for approximately two weeks of age, such as salt ties, tensions, etc., of chills requiring a two-day medical treatment; for other passengers H(61 years old), the Defendant injured the victim I (V, 61 years old) of chills in need of a two-day medical treatment; and for other passengers I (V, 61 years old) of chills in need of a two-day medical treatment.

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a FM5 vehicle in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On January 14, 2018, the Defendant driving the said car at around 15:25, while driving the said car and driving it in the direction of 0.209% alcohol level during blood alcohol level, the Defendant is also the back wheels of the victim A (62 years old) driving of the sports cargo vehicle in the right side of the sports cargo vehicle, while driving in the direction of the emarket C in the direction of the herophan in the front direction of the knan city, despite the duty of care to safely drive the vehicle by neglecting the brea and left left and right while under the influence of alcohol, and driving the vehicle in the direction of the opposite in the front direction.
