1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. Of the costs of lawsuit, the part arising between the plaintiff A Farming Association and the defendant is above.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
(1) On July 7, 1931, with respect to 1,390 square meters of forest E- 1,390 square meters in Ulsan-gun (hereinafter “former Ulsan-gun”), each ownership transfer registration has been completed in the name of “Ulsan-gun” on the said land; on December 20, 1938, in the name of “G”; on April 7, 1939, in the name of “Olsan-gun”; on August 28, 197, in the name of “I, J, K, L, L, and M” (hereinafter “O”) 1,50 square meters; on August 28, 197, in the name of “1,50 square meters” and “1,50 square meters of forest and forest land”; on the basis of “1,500 square meters of forest and forest land” and “1,500 square meters of forest and forest land, 1,500 square meters of forest and forest shares” (hereinafter “1,500 square meters”).
(1) ② O road 354 square meters was divided into: (2) O road 539 square meters; (8)U road 160 square meters; and (9) V road 471 square meters. (3) “P forest 190 square meters was divided into three parts: (3) P forest 593 square meters; and (1) W forest 35 square meters.
(3) ⑤ The ownership transfer registration was completed under the name of “I and four other persons” on August 28, 1971, with respect to land ①, ③, ④, ④, ④, and ④ the Plaintiff A Farming Association on May 19, 195 (hereinafter “Plaintiff A Farming Association”) for “the donation on February 20, 1975.” (f) On August 28, 197, the ownership transfer registration was completed under the name of the Plaintiff A Farming Association on May 20, 197, with respect to land: (i) the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of “I and four other persons” on August 28, 1971; (ii) each share transfer registration was completed in the name of “I and four other persons”; and (iii) each real estate listed in the separate list of land; and (iii) each of the instant land.
