Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
(a) Project approval and the name of the public announcement: B project operator: The public announcement of the Defendant: C on July 17, 2015;
B. The subject matter to be expropriated on October 27, 2016 by the Special Self-Governing Province Land Expropriation Decision (hereinafter “instant land”): The starting date of expropriation of the entire obstacles, such as the above-ground housing, etc. (hereinafter “in the instant obstacles”) owned by the Plaintiff: On December 20, 2016, the date of appraisal (the numerical mean of one appraisal corporation and one appraisal corporation): 163,702,00 won compensation for the instant land; the sum of KRW 119,47,500 compensation for the instant obstacles; the sum of KRW 283,149,500 (deposit around December 2016).

According to the court’s entrustment of appraisal with respect to the Hoil Appraisal Corporation, the market price of the instant land at the time of the instant expropriation ruling is KRW 163,240,00 and KRW 285,086,40 in total,846,40 in the market price of the instant housing at the time of the instant expropriation ruling.

The results of the appraisal of acceptance, the appraisal of objection, the appraisal of the court, and the appraisal of the court are as listed below:
