A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

85,000,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act;

(a) Co-defendants with C, D, and E, C, and D are the employees of “G’s co-owners, and E,” and the employees of the above game room, respectively, on the second floor of the F building in Nam-gu, Daegu;

(1) The Defendant operating an illegal game room in which the “ Original Game” game machine was installed together with C, D, and C, and D share funds necessary for the purchase of the game machine, and the Defendant share the role of managing the game room operation, purchasing the game machine, employing employees, and exchanging the money in the game machine, C share the role of collecting, depositing, and settling the money in the game machine, E share the role of taking charge of the duties such as game explanation, clphone payment, customer heart, and the rate of 50%, C20%, and D30%.

As above, the Defendant, in collusion with C, D, and E, was automatically carried out during the period from Oct. 2010 to Oct. 2010, 2010, regardless of the user’s operational ability or skill training in the said game room, and the Defendant acquired approximately 2,5 million won in his/her own profits, by installing 40 game products of “diculatory game”, opened and opened to be continuously selected (e.g., e., e., s., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., 100,000 won.

(2) On October 2010, the Defendant, along with C, D, and E, disposed of the “originally” game machine installed as stated in paragraph (1) of this Article, and intended to re-purchase and operate the “mull” game machine, and C and D bear half of the funds necessary for the purchase of the game machine, and the Defendant bears one-half of the funds necessary for the purchase of the game machine, and the Defendant’s work, such as the operation and management of the game room, the purchase of the game machine, the employment of employees, and the exchange of money within the game machine.
