If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2013, around 01:00, the Defendant driven the B-learning car volume in the state of alcohol of about 0.195% of alcohol concentration at approximately 2km from the roads near the Jung-gu, Seoul to the roads in approximately 396-12, Jung-gu, Seoul.
