If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2013, at around 22:41, the Defendant driven Bi30 automobiles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.157% alcohol concentration from the 5km section from a place where it is impossible to know the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Branch of Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the road of approximately 330-31, Jung-gu, Seoul.
