1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a school foundation that establishes and operates A (hereinafter “instant university”) and engages in the establishment and operation of lifelong educational establishments, educational services, real estate, and facility leasing services.

B. From September 26, 2011 to October 7, 2011, the Defendant conducted an audit of the accounting division of the pertinent university (hereinafter “instant audit”). On February 9, 2012, the Defendant ordered the Plaintiff to take necessary administrative measures regarding the status of six cadastral matters as indicated in [Attachment 1] until April 10, 2012.

Of the matters pointed out in relation to this case are as shown in [Attachment 2].
