Reasons
Details of the disposition
The reasoning for this Court’s explanation is as follows, except for the part corresponding to the judgment of the court of first instance, from 2:00 to 4:0:00 to 5:0,000 of the judgment of the court of first instance. As such, the corresponding part of the judgment of the court of first instance is cited pursuant to Article 8(2) of the Administrative Litigation Act and the main text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
After its implementation, on February 9, 2012, the Plaintiff and the University of this case ordered the Plaintiff to take social and administrative measures regarding the matters indicated in [Attachment 1], such as the content indicated in [Attachment 1] until April 10, 2012. Among them, the part regarding the matters pointed out in the instant case is as indicated in [Attachment 2] [Attachment 2] (hereinafter referred to as “the first pointed out”), “the third point pointed out,” and “the fifth point pointed out.”
