Details of the disposition

The Plaintiff, as a director of a school juristic person B (hereinafter “B”), worked for the chief director from around 2001 to resign from the board of directors on March 18, 2012, and currently maintains only the positions of directors.

From June 13, 2011 to June 24, 2011, the Defendant conducted a comprehensive audit with respect to C universities established and operated by B and B, and notified the Plaintiff of the following audit results on October 27, 201, which included the Plaintiff’s demand for warning.

On November 25, 2011, the Plaintiff voluntarily paid 257,510,00 won of basic property for profit to the Defendant (attached Form 806,715,000 won of basic property for profit) and 2. The result of the audit that the head of the school foundation secretariat E voluntarily paid 257,510,000 won of basic property for profit to D among the above 806,715,000 won of basic property for profit.
