1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 5,000,000 won;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a pharmacy founder shall sell or acquire drugs for the purpose of sale.

On May 4, 2011, the Defendant purchased and acquired 23 times in total from May 7, 2014, 201 to sell 180,520 male delay festivals, which were not permitted by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, from the F representative G located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, for the purpose of selling 180,520 male delay festivals (product name: I LOVE YOU).
