A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who opened an Internet site (D) from January 2010 to is engaged in the business of opening a business trip to women.

1. No person who violates the Medical Service Act shall engage in massage for profit without obtaining a qualification as a inseminator;

On March 22, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter referred to as "Kameras, etc.") entered into a sex relationship with the victim J (W, 40 years of age) who became aware of the trade name in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I while making a business trip within the Mameras, where he/she is unable to know the trade name in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, and has a camera system against the victim's will.
