Defendant

A Imprisonment for 10 months, Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment for 6 months, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of 2,00,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a pharmacy founder shall sell drugs or acquire them for the purpose of sale, and no person shall sell forged drugs, store or display them for the purpose of sale.

1. Defendant A

A. Although the Defendant is not a pharmacy owner, on November 17, 2017, the Defendant purchased at KRW 88,000,000 in total, a total of 30,000 won, including 88,00,00 won, from among those purchased from E for sale, a total of 30,000 won, 5, 88,000, 5,000 won, which is called 'one rule', from among those purchased from E, a total of three times from June 1, 2017 to November 21, 2017, as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

B. At around 15:30 on January 9, 2018, the Defendant stored medicines for the purpose of selling fake drugs at the market price, such as “H” stores with G 1st, “H, at adult product stores with Korea-China, 33 of China-China Magra, and six of the national anesthesias (6 of the rido composition called “one violation”, 4 of the DOZ7200 procam cam cam cam cams).

2. At around January 9, 2018, Defendant B stored “J” stores for the purpose of selling fake drugs, such as “J” stores for the operation of Defendant B, which are located in the first 2th floor of 15:30 macroscam, and “J” stores for the purpose of selling fake drugs, such as “J” stores for the purpose of selling domestically-made forged drugs and 487 flucocam bags and 36 flucocam

3. At around 15:40 on January 9, 2018, Defendant C stored for the purpose of selling fake drugs in the market price, such as 80 Korean-style Magragra and 80 Korean-style Magra and 69 Korean anesthesia (one-style Mag-type 2, pro-coke 67).
