The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the lower court’s punishment (three million won of fine) is too unreasonable.

2. The judgment of the court below did not have the record of previous punishment, but did not take measures to recover damage for more than 3 years from the crime of this case to the trial of the court below. In full view of all sentencing data on the records of this case, including the amount of damage caused by the crime of this case, the age, character and conduct, and environment of the defendant, the punishment of the court below is appropriate and is not excessively unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is without merit, and it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
