A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Justice] On August 7, 1990, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for special larceny at the Seoul Central District Court of Seoul. On September 8, 1992, the Defendant was sentenced to a prison in the Jeonju District Court of Seoul for six months as an attempted larceny. On April 20, 200, the same court was sentenced to imprisonment for two years and six months due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny). On October 27, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the same crime and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Jeonju Prison on June 25, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The defendant is habitually:

A. On August 19, 2013, 16:30 on August 16:30, 2013, the following: (a) enter the house by entering the house in order to put a key door to the house of the victim D, thereby infringing on the victim’s residence; (b) leaving the passbook of the previous North bank bank in the name of the victim and the cash 1.44 million won in the rice; and

B. A. On November 22, 2013, at around 14:00, E came to the house of the victim G located in F of the Seoul metropolitan area, and E, the Defendant opened and intrudes into an unCorrectioned gate, and then, the Defendant uses a passbook (Account Number I) and a physical card in the name of the victim’s mother H, and steals them jointly with it;

B. On November 22, 2013, 14:15, at the K convenience point located in theJ of the Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, Ha, Kim Dong-gun, Kim Dong-gun, Eul waiting in a nearby number string vehicle, and the defendant opened and intrudes the convenience store, and the defendant collected and intrudes the h's clock card in the name of H, which was stolen from the cash exit installed at that place, as described in paragraph 2(a).
