A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for ten years.

The defendant is about 80 hours of sexual assault treatment program and 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the father and father of the victim C (V, 13 years of age).

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by blood);

A. On January 2013, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Defendant’s residence located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, on a small room (at that time eight years of age); (b) laid off the victim’s clothes on the Defendant’s home; (c) laid off the victim’s clothes; (d) laid off the victim’s clothes; and (e) laid off the victim’s legs in his/her hand; and (e) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by taking the victim’s face on the part of the victim’s betting the Defendant’s sexual organ in his/her front part; and (e) putting the victim’s face on the part of the victim’s ship.

나. 피고인은 2017. 4. 말경부터 같은 해 5. 중순경까지 사이에 서울 노원구 E, 202호에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서, 피해자( 당시 13세) 의 옷을 모두 벗긴 후 손으로 피해자의 음부 부위를 만지고, 입으로 피해자의 음부 부위를 핥은 다음 피고인의 성기를 피해자의 음부에 비비다가 피해자의 배 위에 사정하여 피해자를 강제로 추행하였다.

On August 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around the same day, around August 12, 2017, at the residence of the Defendant; (b) the victim (the age of 13 at the time) was living in the kitchen, and (c) took the victim's fingers into the inside of the damaged person's inner part; (d) continued to put the victim's fingers into the inner part of the victim's breasts; and (e) committed an indecent act by force against the victim by forcing the victim.

around August 13, 2017, the Defendant meta with the victim who was in a room (the age of 13 at that time) at the same residence of the Defendant, and the victim was not the victim.

In spite of refusal, the victim's chest was frightened, and the victim was forced to commit an indecent act.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (private act committed against minors under the age of 13);

A. The Defendant’s paragraph 1-A. B between 23:00 and 00:00 on the date of wintering to 23:00.
