A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for twenty years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 200 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape of minors under the age of 13) and violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. Accordingly, the defendant raped the victim D who is a minor under 13 years of kinship.
