Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as a result of the victim B and the high school alumni relationship, was working for the victim in the modern iron company in the city of Jin-si in the city of Jin-si. However, the Defendant had no particular property or income at the time, and had the financial institution bear the obligation of approximately KRW 20 million, and the amount received from the victim was planned to use the Defendant’s debt repayment and living expenses for the purpose of the Defendant’s living expenses, and thus there was no intention or ability to use the money received from the victim as the job placement cost to employ the victim in the same department iron company.

Nevertheless, on October 18, 2016, the Defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred KRW 30 million to the national bank account in the name of the Defendant to the victim.

In addition, the Defendant, from July 14, 2016 to early April 2017, as shown in the list of crimes, deceiving the victim over 11 times in total, and obtained the total amount of KRW 7,235,00 from the victim and acquired it by deception.
