Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On May 9, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on May 22, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 22, 2014, and completed the execution of punishment on November 23, 2014.
【2015 order 2853】

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not have an intention or ability to get the injured party to work in the modern file.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above, and he obtained 25 million won on the same day from the victim as the job placement cost, and acquired it through the defendant G's Cit Bank account.
[2015 Highest 3911] On February 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the “H” coffee shop near Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Seosan-dong, Incheon; (b) the victim I knew of the highest person of modern iron; (c) the Defendant is responsible for 35 million won, and (d) the Defendant is taking the responsibility for 35 million won.
“A false statement” was made.
However, the defendant is guilty.
