A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2009, the Defendant was released on December 24, 2010 and passed on February 26, 2011, in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch of the Daegu District Court sentenced one year and six months of imprisonment for violation of the Road Traffic Act.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-man car.
