A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a C EcooS car.

On April 23, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.154% around 20:20, while under the influence of alcohol, and led to the passage of the three-lane road in front of the white tunnel, tunnel, fish return ginseng distance in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, along the two-lanes from the front side of the white tunnel to the main apartment.

Nevertheless, when the Defendant neglected to perform his duty at the front time under the influence of alcohol as seen above and neglected to drive a car at the front time due to the vehicle stop signal in front of the last time, the Defendant found the e-mail last-man car driven by the victim D (the age of 41) who was under the stop prior to the end of the vehicle, and took a sudden operation measure, but did not stop, and the Defendant was driving the above e-mail last-man car with the front part of the coo vehicle driving by the Defendant, and caused the following coo vehicle to be driven by the victim F (the age of 32) who was under the stop in front of the said coo vehicle.

The Defendant, by such occupational negligence, suffered approximately two weeks of alcohol, etc. from the victim D, for the victim F in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment, for the victim H (32 years of age) who was on board the victim F’s vehicle, and for the victim H (32 years of age) who was on board the victim F’s vehicle, the victim I suffered approximately two weeks of medical treatment, for the part of salt, etc. requiring approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
