Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, etc.
On August 7, 2012, at around 15:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.48g of Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) from E, which is a psychotropic medicine, from its own dwelling in Seogu-gu D building 103, and around that time, she administered them by means of inserting 0.05g out of them into a single-use injection machine and dilution their growths.
B. On January 20, 2013, the Defendant administered a philoopon’s non-phone volume received from H at the funeral hall of G Hospital in the Daegu-gun F, by hanging beer in the beer.
C. On April 2013, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of phiphonephones received from H in his parent’s residence in Daegu-gun: (a) using a clicking method for beer. D.
On June 30, 2013, the Defendant received from H from a warehouse located behind his parent's residence in Daegu-gun I around 20:00.
As stated in paragraph (1), a medication of approximately 0.05 g of philophones remaining after medication was administered in a way that they are delivered to beer.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act and the violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) between around 15:00 on July 1, 2013 and around 15:40 on the same day, the Defendant is entitled to set forth in subparagraph 1 at a section of about 10km from the front of his parent’s residence in Daegu-gu, to the front of the sports park in front of the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
As in paragraph (1), the JM520 car was driven without the driver's license in the state that the driver's license of the vehicle is unlikely to drive normally due to the medication of phiphones.
