A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.
A penalty of one million won shall be additionally collected from a defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On October 16, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 6, 2008.
[2014 Highest 247] The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On February 2, 2009, the Defendant received 600,000 won clocks (one-time clocks (one-time clocks; hereinafter “clocks”) from Defendant, upon request from Defendant, with the clocks (one-way clocks”) of psychotropic drugs, and d, with the clocks of KRW 600,000,000. On February 4, 2009, approximately 1g of clocks (one-phones) from clocks car parked on the road located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

3. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received from J one injection device for a single scopon containing approximately 0.05g of scopon, dilutiond with water; and (b) administered the scopon by means of injecting the said scopon into his own arms. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 100,000 to M in 601 of “Lmophone” located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (c) purchased approximately 0.05g of scoponon at around 13:0 on the same day, at around 13:0, N apartment 205 Dong-dong, 1304, the Defendant scopon with water for 0.05g of copon on the same day; and (d) administered the scoponon by means of dilution with water at around 3:05 mopon on the same date.
