A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and a fine of five million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 200, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and a fine of two million won for a year, due to a violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch (Unlawful Medical Business Operators). On May 23, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Medical Service Act, etc. at the Busan District Court'

1. No person who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes shall perform any medical practice, other than medical personnel;

Nevertheless, on April 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) performed so-called reflection 100,000 won in return for the treatment by using the eyebrow on the eyebrow part of the eyebrow on the part of the Plaintiff, who was not a medical personnel, and found out the place thereof in Busan, on April 8, 2013, using the eyebrow 103, and then received 400,000 won in total from April 8, 2013 to October 10, 2014; and (b) received 100,000 won in total from around 14:0 on November 26, 2013 to the part of the Defendant with the eyebrow halog on the part of the Plaintiff using a one-time injection equipment to injecting halog on the part of the Plaintiff; and (c) received 100,000 won in total from around April 8, 2013 to around 10, 2014.

2. No person other than credit card merchants who violate the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act shall make a transaction by credit cards, etc. in the name of credit card merchants;

Although the Defendant is not a credit card merchant, around November 26, 2013, around 14:15, the Defendant traded credit cards in the name of the credit card merchant in the name of the Fudio 103 of the Busan-gu, Busan-gu, which received 400,000 won from H in the name of “K” credit card merchant, as shown in the attached crime log (2).
