1. On February 13, 2013, Defendant C was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Medical Service Act at Suwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on the 21st of the same month, and the same previous departments are three times of suspended execution.
2. On July 4, 2012, Defendant D was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year by the Suwon District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes (Unlawful Medical Service Providers) and one million won by fine on the 12th of the same month, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive and is still in the period of suspension of execution.

1. Defendant A
(a) No person, other than a medical person, who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes, shall perform medical practice;
