A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 1997, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months for larceny. The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 1 year and 6 months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. (Larceny) at the Incheon District Court on December 30, 1998. On June 15, 2001, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced to a imprisonment of 2 years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Western District Court on March 31, 2004. On November 1, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a imprisonment of 7 years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Act on the Protection of Victims (special robbery, etc.) at the subsidiary court of the Incheon District Court on November 5, 2013.

1. From 20:37 to 21:21 on June 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes Act (thief) discovered a bank owned by the victim in a warehouse connected to the escape room and stolen a copy of the foreign exchange card, which is the credit card holder in the name of the victim in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, from 20:37 to 21:21.

Between June 12, 2013 and June 26, 2013, the Defendant habitually stolen money and valuables, such as the victim D and eight credit cards, and ten cash 160,000, on nine occasions, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form.

2. Fraud and violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On June 13, 2013, the Defendant, at H’s clothes store operated by the victim G located in Ansan-si, Seoul-si, the Defendant: (a) presented the KB national card under the name of J, a credit card holder, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), to I, who was an employee of the above store; and (b) signed the sales slip on the card under the name of the Defendant.
