Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on December 4, 1998, and was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on June 18, 2002; on October 8, 2003, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced ten months of imprisonment for night intrusion and larceny; on May 28, 2008, the Seoul East East District Court sentenced six months of imprisonment for larceny; on March 29, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul East East District Court on March 29, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence at the first prison of the North East Northern Northern District Court on June 4, 2013.

가. 피고인은 2014. 1. 30. 21:00경 서울 송파구 C에 있는 피해자 D, 피해자 E의 집에 이르러, 미리 준비한 드라이버를 이용하여 피해자들의 집 부엌 창문을 뜯어내고 침입한 후 그곳 안방 서랍장 안에 있던 피해자 D 소유의 롯데신용카드 1장, 농협신용카드 1장, 국민신용카드 1장, 운전면허증 1장, 주민등록증 1장이 들어있는 시가 불상의 지갑 1개, 시가 200,000원 상당의 여성용 목걸이 1개, 시가 350,000원 상당의 여성용 선글라스 1개, 홍콩달러 1,000달러(한화 약 137,000원), 금강제화상품권 10,000원권 10장과 피해자 E 소유의 시가 3,700,000원 상당의 태그호이어 남성용 손목시계 1개, 시가 2,000,000원 상당의 롤렉스 남성용 손목시계 1개, 시가 1,000,000원 상당의 론진 남성용 손목시계 1개, 시가 1,000,000원 상당의 세이코 남성용 시계 1개, 시가 400,000원 상당의 남성용 시티즌 시계 1개, 시가 400,000원 상당의 태그호이어 가죽 시계줄 1개, 시가 50,000원 상당의 세이코 메탈 시계줄 1개, 시가 30,000원 상당의 남성용 검정 가죽 시계줄 1개, 현금 185,000원 등 시가 합계 9,552,000원 상당의 금품을 가지고 나온 것을 비롯하여 2013. 8. 11.경부터 2014. 1. 30.경까지...
