1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. Relevant Party 1) The Defendant is the Jung-gu Daejeon University Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu.

2) On October 10, 2013, while receiving three-time blood speculations per week from chronic renals, Plaintiff A applied the Defendant Hospital to the Defendant’s hospital with the functional weakness and dives thereof around 07:16, and Plaintiff B and Plaintiff C are the parents of Plaintiff B and Plaintiff C.

B. Plaintiff A’s condition and measures taken by Defendant Hospital 1) Medical Personnel at Defendant Hospital (hereinafter “Medical Personnel”).

(2) On October 10, 2013, Plaintiff A performed a crypary crypology test (such as blood coloning crypology and chest crypology test) with respect to Plaintiff A. As a result of the examination, medical professionals conducted a crypological crypology test (i.e., blood coloning crypology) in order to treat Plaintiff A’s cryposis crypology, and (ii) implemented a hypinary crypology test, which is blood coloning agents.

In preparation for the side effects of the Hague Law, medical professionals implemented aPT, which is four times a day of blood coagum test, and there was no side effects of the Hague until the 13th day of the same month.

3) On October 14, 2013, Plaintiff A complained of two copies to medical professionals, and the medical professionals administered an advanced control to Plaintiff A. At the time, Plaintiff A’s blood pressure was measured with 151/84mHg. At the same time, Plaintiff A did not appeal for two copies at around 06:00 on the same day, but Plaintiff A did not have blood transfusion, but at that time, Plaintiff A’s blood pressure was measured with 166/94mHg at the same time.

5) As a result of blood examination conducted by Plaintiff A around 07:33 on the same day, aPT was measured at 76.6 seconds. 6) Plaintiff A constantly appealed from around 9:40 on the same day.

At around 10:10 on the same day, medical professionals conducted CT photography against Plaintiff A, and as a result, the result of the verification of cerebral cerebral typhism was confirmed, and suspended Plaintiff A’s typhin administration.
