1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The defendant's status is established and operated as an incorporated foundation established for the purpose of the maintenance and management of property necessary for the business established and operated by C, and as its affiliated hospital (hereinafter "Defendant hospital").

B. On December 24, 2013, at around 07:39, the Plaintiff: (a) shown the oral disability (dyarthria) and the left-hand paralysis symptoms; (b) was measured by blood pressure at 200/103mHg; (c) on December 24, 2013, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital taken brain RI tests at around 08:26, and provided the Plaintiff with 08:29, that the Plaintiff was to injecting the helin (concincinc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc inc incination).

On the other hand, there was no discovery of special characteristics as a result of the above brain MRI image reading.

3) On December 25, 2013, the Plaintiff complained of the left-hand paralysis again on and around 23:55, the medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital determined that the Plaintiff’s medical personnel fell under the order of priority in treatment, namely, patients who need active surveillance at any time, on December 26, 2013, and conducted cerebrovascular surgery at around 00:55 on the same day, and that there was no opinion from the Plaintiff. However, the medical personnel at the Defendant Hospital determined that the Plaintiff’s medical personnel fell under the order of priority in treatment (2) on the grounds that there was a change in consciousness or psychotropic symptoms after the cerebrscular surgery.

In addition, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital discontinued the treatment of the Plaintiff for her hurinal disease immediately after the cerebrovascular surgery, but began to resume the treatment of the hurinal disease from 06:30 on December 26, 2013 to 14:15.

5) On December 26, 2013, the Plaintiff discharged the Defendant Hospital from the Defendant Hospital on December 14:15, 2013, and transferred the date to the E Hospital at around 16:20 on the same day. C. (1) After the date, the medical personnel of the E Hospital was brain RI for the Plaintiff.
