By December 21, 200, the Defendant’s house located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 112 Dong 107 (C apartment) and DF Co., Ltd.’s account (E) used by the operator of the private soil site using computers in the city of China deposited KRW 13,610,00 over 24 times, and operated a distribution by predicting the outcome of the domestic sports competition provided with cyber money equivalent to the same amount of cyber money, and, if short, performed gambling by receiving KRW 19,215,00 over 12 times after acquiring dividends in accordance with the dividend rate.
