A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2010, the Defendant requested that E purchase of the site of a private sports entertainment entertainment entertainment entertainment entertainment site that is run in the same manner as the sports sports venue operated by the National Sports Promotion Foundation (on the face of the success of the domestic sports sports competition, the dividend shall be paid) at the office of the F General Team in the vicinity of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government. On September 15, 2010, E purchased J, which is the site of a private sports sports sports sports entertainment site, around H located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased from I 6.5 million won at the H nearby the Seoul Metropolitan City on September 2010.

The Defendant, along with E, opened the above site on the Internet from October 15, 2010 to September 2, 201, had K maintain and repair the above site, and had K wear the game money purchased by the members of the site in cash on the boarding of domestic and foreign sports games, such as farming tool, distribution tool, camping district, axis, and Haki, etc., and operated the private sports entertainment site by paying dividends to the members who face the plaque in accordance with the prescribed dividend rate, and received the total of KRW 7,221,828,511 from the members as shown in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, issued sports betting tickets or similar things issued by the National Sports Promotion Foundation, and opened gambling houses for profit.
