Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was elected on January 15, 2015 after the public notice of candidate registration was made, and CD Saemaul Credit Cooperative chief director was elected.

No person shall conduct an election campaign by any means other than appeal for support, telephone, or appeal for support at a joint speech meeting held by a credit cooperative or at a joint speech meeting held by the credit cooperative in connection with the election of an executive of the Saemaul credit cooperative.
