A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On September 21, 2009, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment with labor for the crime of forging a private signature at the Busan District Court on September 21, 2009, and completed the execution of the sentence on October 17, 201.

1. On May 4, 2012, at around 23:10 on May 4, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided a bath for the victim’s in the “Ecafeteria” operated by the victim D in the Busan Young-gu, Busan, on the ground that the victim was influenced; (b) provided the other customers with the intention to fluence; and (c) provided a fluence, such as a 12,500 won in total, the market value of the victim’s possession on the table, which was on the table, was 12,50 won in size; and (d) provided a fluence by keeping the table from the floor.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force for about 10 minutes, and damaged the property.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, expressed the victim F (the 24-year-old age)’s desire to the victim on the ground that the victim F (the 24-year-old age) reported the Defendant, and was employed by the restaurant, and was inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the need to give treatment for about three weeks.

3. On May 5, 2012, around 01:35, the Defendant was arrested and investigated as a flagrant offender in the act of assault at the Busan Youngdo Police Station box located in the Busan Youngdo G, Busan, the Defendant stated “A” in the column of the confirmation letter of arrest of flagrant offender as a test color pen, and marked the Defendant’s unmanned on the next side, and sent it to the police officer assigned to the above police box.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising a certificate, the defendant forged a letter of confirmation in the above I, and exercised it.

4. On May 5, 2012, around 02:15, the Defendant entered the interrogation protocol “I” column of the suspect interrogation protocol as a verification-type pen, and sent it to the above K, while being examined by the police officer K at the above H police box around 02:15.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising the right, the Defendant forged the above I’s signature, and exercised it.
