A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On August 21, 2013, at around 19:30 on August 21, 2013, the Defendant entered the Defendant’s name “C” in the name of the Defendant’s birth in the “C” in the written consent for voluntary movement with a black pen, as it is likely that if he/she disclosed his/her status in the process of demanding voluntary movement in order to investigate the suspected embezzlement by possession at the Busan Coast Guard B Public Security Center in Busan Coast Guard, he/she stated that he/she was aware of the fact that he/she was designated.

For the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant, without authority, forged a letter of voluntary behavior, which is a private document under the above C’s name regarding a certificate of fact, and issued it to police officers D as if they were duly formed.

B. Voluntary submission is forged and the Defendant at the time and place indicated in paragraph 1(a) and, in the course of voluntary submission of one Samsung Tgalle S4 mobile phone at the place, the Defendant stated “C” in the “B” column in the written voluntary submission with test color fences, and marked off next to it.

For the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant, without authority, forged a letter of voluntary submission, which is a private document under the above C’s name concerning a certificate of fact, and issued a forged letter of voluntary submission to the police officer D as if it was duly formed.

C. The Defendant forged the waiver of ownership and carried out the same events at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a) and, in the process of giving up ownership of one Samsung Tgal ju City S4 mobile phone, entered “C” in the “definant” column in the waiver of ownership with a black pen, and posted it on the next side.

For the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant, without authority, forges a letter of renunciation of ownership, which is a private document under the above C's name concerning a certificate of fact, and is duly formed with D police officers who are not aware of such fact.
