Punishment of the crime

1. On February 10, 2015, the Defendant was the victim B (the 60 years of age) who had drinking alcohol at a certain point within the “Fju” located in Young-gu, Busan, Young-do, and was punished for trial expenses.

2. Forgery of private signature, and the use of a false investigation or signature;

A. Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's signature and exercised it for the purpose of exercising it.
