Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, D, E, F, and G’s joint crimes - The Defendant and D, on June 6, 2015, posted a letter on the intent that “the male who will engage in sexual traffic to 2:1” by accessing the E’s cell phone with a smartphone around 01:00, to seek “the male who will engage in sexual traffic to 2:1” and entices a male injured person who could not have known the name of the contact with the Defendant to “Icom” located in H at the time of racing. E, F, and G, with money owned by the Defendant and D, will enter the telecom and report it to the police if it does not go out of the telecom with the Defendant or if it does not go through the plan.
Intimidating the defendant and D, the defendant and D were recruited to go outside the Moel.

2.
