A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with B, C, D, and E, induced a large number of unspecified sexual purchases to engage in commercial sex acts by using smartphone-sharing app (AP), and, if the pre-paid gold is not scheduled, falsely concluding that the pre-paid gold would have a sex relationship, and then, the Defendant would have drawn up living expenses and entertainment expenses in the way of "refraying on the condition" by using the word "refidenting with the remaining conditions" or by using the gap around it. The Defendant, D, and E, who is a male, is waiting outside the telecom with money, and the said female would escape from the telecom with money and report the purchase to the police by entering the telecom if the pre-paid gold is not scheduled.

In order to threaten the above women, there was a conspiracy to play a role in moving towards the above women.

B, C received cash 260,000 won from the injured party on his job, and had the victim contact with D and E going into the telecom and enter the telecom, and D and E got out of the telecom by using the gap threatening D and E to report to the police, and escape together with the defendant waiting outside the atmosphere.

Accordingly, the Defendant received property by deceiving the victim in collusion with B, C, D, and E.
